We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items that make up all or part of your order. If you did not receive an item that you ordered please contact us immediately with your order number so that we can check our records and send the missing item(s).

If you would like to cancel your order, just contact us at hello@soothingsloth.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund. All refunds process in 1-3 business days depending on payment method.
